Policies & Order Status  

Victorian Village is Tampa Bay's largest gift and collectable Shoppe.  Founded by owners Don and Cathy Statz in 1996, Victorian Village has quickly become one of the most well known Shoppes in the South.  

It is our goal to provide you with personalized customer service and a great variety of items to choose from.  With over 15,999 square feet under our roof, we are certain to have something for everyone.  We hope you will visit us soon.

Computer Services & Special Notification.
Every purchase you make with Victorian Village is recorded in our computer so that we can keep a comprehensive listing of your prior purchases.  This database allows us to notify you when new things are happening, such as new product releases, signing events, artist appearances, etc.

FAQ's

  • Which credit cards do you accept? 
    Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted at Victorian Village.

  • What is the cost for shipping?
    All orders from $0.00 - $99.99  will be shipped in the continental U.S. via UPS insured ground delivery for $8.00.  All orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge via UPS ground.

    PLEASE NOTE: On Gift Certificate purchases under $100, the Shopping Cart will show a Shipping charge of $8.  The actual Shipping charge for Gift Certificates will be $0.37 unless gift wrapping is desired, then the Shipping charge will be $8 for purchases under $100.

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be shipped within 48 hours on all in-stock merchandise.  Items that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them.  Event pieces will be shipped on the next business day following the event. 
    (UPS shipments are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes you can, as long as the order/item has not been shipped.  Please contact us immediately by phone at (888) 800-4494 or (813) 989-0908 if you wish to cancel your order.

  • What if my merchandise was damaged in transit?
    In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit, please report the transit damage to us within 7 days.  Please retain all shipping boxes until you notify us.  To notify us of transit damage, please call us at (888) 800-4493 or (813) 989-0908.
